International Expansion Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute detailed project plans to ensure smooth progress.
• Research and develop strategies for success in new markets.
• Oversee key projects driving our European expansion
• Conduct market analyses, create financial projections, and develop business plans to identify growth opportunities
• Provide updates to management and address challenges proactively

Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics, Business, or Technical disciplines
• Experience working in a staffing agency and/or experience with project management
• Willingness to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic
• South African Driver’s License and a willingness to obtain an international license or complete driving school in the Czech Republic
• Proficiency in English (C1) and an eagerness to drive for work-related travel
• Strong strategic, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards people
• Be results-oriented and have willingness to learn new things
• Leadership skills, ability to delegate, solve problems efficiently, and negotiate confidently
